✨ ICF ACC Coach – Leadership, Growth, & Transitions

Rachel here. An ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in training bringing a trauma-informed, high-touch approach to leadership, personal growth, and life transitions. I work with people navigating moments of change, uncertainty, and reinvention, especially those carrying historic trauma, bias, or experiences of being underestimated.

As a Black and Mexican woman, I understand firsthand what it feels like to be unseen or overlooked. I do this work to fill the space I needed when I was searching for guidance and support. To be the coach I wished I had access to, and to make sure others don’t have to navigate transitions alone.

My focus is on empowerment, advocacy, and leadership. I empower clients to reclaim their voice, step confidently into their next chapter, and create impact in their communities and workplaces. Coaching, for me, is about the interconnectedness of life and choices. I look at how career, relationships, identity, and well-being shape who you are as a leader.

I create a safe space for people navigating grief, burnout, major life changes, or identity shifts, helping them reconnect with their strengths, clarify their path, and embrace their power to influence change. My work with veterans, women navigating secondary infertility and miscarriage, and underrepresented communities has shown me that coaching can be a radical act of equity, helping people thrive because of who they are, not in spite of it.

I approach every client with compassion, cultural awareness, and a trauma-informed lens, creating a space where growth, healing, leadership, and transformation are possible. My goal is to walk beside you, guide you to embrace your whole self, and help you step into leadership, advocacy, and empowerment in every area of your life.
